Cottages and cabins in the Victoria BC Canada area are mostly located in the wilderness areas of Sooke,
Methosin, Saanich and in and around the the Malahat area. The outlying regions, away from the city lights, are more
suitable for cottage like accommodations.

and Cottages may or may not include power, phone, fireplace,

and/or laundry facilities).
 The more prominent quantities
of cottages and cabins in
the rural outlying areas like Saanich, Sooke, Malahat and Metchosin
offer more of the Victoria outdoor adventure activities also
because of the close proximity the natural pristine environmental
areas on the southern tip of Vancouver Island, Canada.
There are still some Victoria,
BC cottages and cabins close to Victoria city core. They tend to be close to a spectacular ocean view,
waterfront, river valley, lake and/or mountains. Many of them
are referred to as Victoria
Vacation Homes.
It is recommended to make reservations
for all Victoria, BC cottage and cabin resorts when visiting on Vancouver
Island in any of our tourism seasons, especially peak season
from April - October.
